That Epic Emu War

It was a big war.
I don't know why it never made the history books.

A unit of former WWI Australian soldiers going up against twenty-thousand angry emus.

All the people wanted to do was farm, all the emus wanted was to eat and drink.

The evil emus were tearing up property so the army was called in complete with machine guns.

The troops were no match for the stealth emus and they had to admit defeat within a month.

Yes, this did happen in 1932 in Western Australia.

  4. Interestingly, ratites (ostriches, emus, etc.) do have a penis but it is a lymphatic penis rather than one using the blood vasculature to become engorged.
So you know, I have no real idea what that means.
Oh...dear...my 'Cloaca' post continues to haunt me.
