What is wrong with this picture- 1/25/12

This was taken outside a school in NYC just the other day. The road was torn up to do some underground work and a utility worker repainted. This has been this way for a few months.

This is what it looked like yesterday after the shcool picture was posted in the New York Post.
I guess the SCHOOL didn't want to look stupid.

  3. Maybe it was for a school for the blind and they didn't think anyone would notice...? Wait a minute. That's on a road. Where people drive. Oh, NOW I get that sign, "Blind Drive."

    1. I must agree. Blind drive would certainly apply here.

    2. And-I swear this is true-down the street where I saw a "Blind Drive" sign, I saw another one which read, "Dangerous Intersection."
      Well, I would think so.

  5. it's funny and quite sad that it took months for it to be noticed and/or something done about it.

    1. Which leads me to believe it wouldn't have been changed if it hadn't made the paper.
