This was taken outside a school in NYC just the other day. The road was torn up to do some underground work and a utility worker repainted. This has been this way for a few months.
This is what it looked like yesterday after the shcool picture was posted in the New York Post.
I guess the SCHOOL didn't want to look stupid.
Oh my gawd... you know, that is just plain scary!
ReplyDeleteBut, it's also funny in a pathetic kinda way.
DeleteI thought it was kinda cute :)
ReplyDeleteI laughed really hard when I saw it.
DeleteMaybe it was for a school for the blind and they didn't think anyone would notice...? Wait a minute. That's on a road. Where people drive. Oh, NOW I get that sign, "Blind Drive."
ReplyDeleteI must agree. Blind drive would certainly apply here.
DeleteAnd-I swear this is true-down the street where I saw a "Blind Drive" sign, I saw another one which read, "Dangerous Intersection."
DeleteWell, I would think so.
I would too. :D
Deletehahahaha - oh, now that is funny!
ReplyDeleteit's funny and quite sad that it took months for it to be noticed and/or something done about it.
ReplyDeleteWhich leads me to believe it wouldn't have been changed if it hadn't made the paper.
DeleteSchool=school is cool
ReplyDeleteThis has been a pubic service message.
LOL!
DeleteThat is as funny as it is sad.
