For this quarter my younger son comes over every Tuesday night for dinner. His favorite meal that I can fix is tacos (from a kit). It takes quite a bit of time if you grate the cheese, chop the lettuce and tomatoes and of course cook and drain the meat. I fix it only occasionally because there are other things he really likes that is way less trouble. This reminds me it is time for tacos again.
Are you serving? I'll be right over.
ReplyDeleteGuacamole and sour cream, please.

Of course, Robyn!
DeleteCrap! I didn't even know.
ReplyDeleteNow I know where I'm going for lunch tomorrow.
Al, I didn't even know til I got a recipe email telling me to make taco casserole for Taco Day!
DeleteI went to Taco Bell. Kinda low rent, but it did the trick.
DeleteSometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do.
DeleteI might eat a tortilla instead. Is there a difference between a taco and a tortilla? They look very similar.
ReplyDeleteGorilla Bananas, you put taco fixings on the tortilla. Unless you make fry bread tacos, which are awesome.
DeleteI never need an excuse to eat a taco.
ReplyDeleteSue, I know. I don't either.

ReplyDeleteDavid, it can indeed take awhile to make. But it's sure tasty and I am sure he appreciates it.
