Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dearrrrr Ruuuuuthh, Happy Birthday to you.
I love singing that song on paper...thereby eliminating my need to explain my tone deafness!
I wish you a wonderful, 39.2 birthday.
I'm going out on a limb here (one that might break and cause me to critically injure myself for asking) but the point two...was there a 39, then a 39.1, then a 39.2 and so on...cause I'm thinking I could go for this concept? Or has the branch broken and I'm being rushed to hospital for asking?!
Ah, one more year till the big 40. Most of my forties were great! Have a happy 39th year.
ReplyDelete39.2 - hmmmmm. Happy Birthday, Ruth!

PEARSON REPORT
Al, Thanks!
ReplyDeleteBelle, This is my second year of turning 39. I'm not ready for 40 yet so it's 39.2. Kiddo says I have to turn 40. I disagree.
Yvonne, That's what I'm goin' with.
Laura, Thanks. Me too :)
Jenny, How sweet! Thank you. Actually, I skipped over .1- went straight from 39 to 39.2. I didn't think of 39.1, but you are on the right track.
Happy Birthday! Why the weird counting?!? You are YOUNG!!! Wait to do that in 10 years or so!
ReplyDeletelaughingmom, Thank you. I still feel young inside. But, Kiddo says 40 is old so I told her I'm not turning 40 so I can never get old.
ReplyDeletehappy birthday, ruth!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sherilin!
